Villa PHI is a newly built complex consisting of a two-story main house and single-story guest bungalow for up to ten people, set on a private 7,000 sqm olive grove with its own private swimming pool and fantastic views to both the Bay of Chania and the White Mountains.

The villas are the perfect set-up for multi-generational holidays, two families traveling together, or up to 5 couples.

Villa PHI is conveniently located within a few kilometers of the New National Road from Chania to Kissamos, approx. 15 km west of Old Town Chania. Two airports are within easy reach: Chania Airport (30 km) and Heraklion Airport (150 km). 

The villa sits on a hill outside of a small village overlooking the area of Platanias, surrounded by olive groves. Shopping, restaurants and beaches are a short drive away.

The main house has an open-plan living area overlooking the pool. The terrace and pergola area features sun beds, umbrellas, and an outside shower as well as a large dining table and lighted barbeque spot with counter and sink. 
One bedroom and bathroom with tub is on the ground floor. 
Two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms equipped with showers are on the upper floor, along with a large terrace.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, A/C, underfloor heating, satellite TV and WiFi.  

The fully separate guest bungalow has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a living and dining area featuring a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace as well as an outdoor dining terrace and lounging area. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, A/C, underfloor heating, satellite TV and WiFi.

The owners are a Greek-American-German family with roots in Chania.
